Set Pub54 + last uo client to ML expansion?

Hello all,ServUo can be configured to use expansion ML,and dont use gargoyles(their loot,etc...)?
I tryed on:

Expansion.cfg,last lane :
CurrentExpansion=ML(Removing TOL)

But the items,and loot from some mobs are from gargoyles and other rare stuff.
