Credits for this system must also go to Dragonlance and loveslips as without reading their posts i would not have thought to release this.

I made this, for a server back in 2018, to allow selected skill gains to be excluded from the skills total, therefore not affect the skill cap, and to do this without the need to modify the client. It was never added publically, only ever used on a private server.
