Here is an idea....

what if the admin, or owner, if he wanted to, could talk to his staff from the web without needing to sign into the shard. So he can check in, talk, etc.

Just an early morning idea.

As you read down they talk about including all the basic commands in game and some even talk about getting the Knives Chat to work I believe if I remember correctly.
