Does anyone know someone or have experience changing mobile sizes? I've seen the dwarves' race and the kids running around some older servers but I was wondering if anyone has ever done something similar with monsters?

We did it in our server, you've to work with the client (if you use ClassicUO) and modify how it renders mobiles, their selection area and all relative to the mobile according to a parameter that you'd have to send from the server.

It's very tedious to do but you could export all the animation images, edit their imagery to be larger/smaller, then reimport/re-add the animation 1 by 1 using the tutorials on these forums. also send them through an A.I. upscaler/sharpener while your at it post it all onto the forums for us. lol.
