I failed to spot a tutorial on chairs and thought this might help the community.

No more guessing, here is what I learned from my deep dive this morning. Their is a chair.txt file burred in the client side. Editing this will coach the client on what can be sat on, allowed directions (including desired facing direction upon approach), and offsets. This approach is more dynamic vs past solutions of hiding a chair in the item you want sit actions to link to.
