Max submitted a new resource:

UO utils - fiddler, region editor, uo architect

A long time ago I started tinkering with fiddler. Modified it to support UOP for several file formats (including animations) and multi's.
In addition I also was modifying a region editor. For a part its now also a map editor.
This all resulted in a modified Ultima library which both use.
Once I tried UOarchitect so as I had it modified for this Ultima library I put that in too.

All is source only for the moment.
