What is it?​

A standalone region editor for Ultima Online shards. Open it in any modern browser, load your map files, draw regions directly on the map, and export them in the format your server needs. Nothing to install,
the file runs entirely offline.

I like this idea, but 1) there's no scroll bar if I zoom in, which I do because I'm on a 15" screen, 2) I would love the option to open the Regions.xml file from ServUO folder and edit the existing file.

Just hold the right mouse button to zoom and move freely.

Not sure what I'm missing but if I do that on Windows 10 / 11, Firefox / Chrome / Edge (ick), holding the right mouse button does nothing.

Firefox I can press the mouse wheel down and it allow mouse movement scrolling (I'm sure there's a term for that).

Im using Chrome. Should be this simple.

Works that way for me on chrome as well.
