hi Guys, recently I wanted to copy Bedlam from Malas to Felucca and I spend more than a day trying different version of RadMapCopy and Fiddler and I was constantly facing issues with Z coordinate, corrupted tiles, etc.

I after spending some time and cursor credits I got RadMapCopy port to C#

its has the original logic of copying map and statics, works with uop files and has a map preview (requires radarcol.mul)
where you can see what part of map you selected in "Source" in yellow and where it will be copied in "Destination" in green
also you can display all regions from regions.xml of your server - these wil be displayed in blue.

fixed some issues and added new functionality:
1. last coordinates are stored in config, so open/closed app populates last used coordinates
2. added Z coordinate offset for map/statics/spawners copy (e.g. source coordinate Z was -30, you can copy area and set Z coordinate offset = 30 and everything is this area will be copied with this offset )
3. fixed spawner copy -previosuly it used anchor point(top left point), so if source rectagle was not covering that point, spawner was not copied, now spawner center point is used.
