Player Notes - In-Game Personal Notepad System for ServUO / RunUO

Player Notes adds an in-game personal notepad system for players, with admin tools for managing note limits, viewing users with notes, reviewing player notes, and migrating notes between characters.

Notes are stored through the standalone PlayerAttatchmentExt subsystem instead of loose text files, allowing note data to save with the shard. Players can create, edit, delete, reload, and sort notes from a clean gump interface. Admins can configure access requirements and note limits for...
