What program are you using to see all of these animations/thumbnails? I cannot seem to get UO Fiddler to see these newer things.

I am thinking you have an out of date UOFiddler, if not, than make sure to update your UO files from official game to get new art!
You will probably have to update animationlist.xml in your uofiddler profile folder %appdata%\UOFiddler the updated one is in uofiddler latest folder. In some cases you need to add new entries it won't update itself automatically. But a lot of these were added in last 2-3 months to uofiddler so in generalt if you don't have any customizations in your animationlist.xml you can just take the one from uofiddler archive and copy it over the one in uofiddler profile folder.

DO the players also see the amimation? We use uo.com client no special patch
I don't understand the question. If it's in the files you can browse for it and use it. So the answer would be if the anim is there you can just use it and players will see it if they use the same files.
