    You missed to add to the server folder next libs: https://github.com/ServUO/ServUO/blob/pub57/zlibwapi32.dll https://github.com/ServUO/ServUO/blob/pub57/zlibwapi64.dll and Ultima.dll what compiles from Ultima folder. You can run _windebug.bat file to compile this lib.

    There should be a zlibwapi64.dll file in your servuo folder. If you can't find it, you can get it from the servuo github repo.

    sounds like a windows issue, and that you have a have a crash log that says it cant find zlibwapi64, In that case you need to update your visual c++ redist https://www.servuo.dev/threads/new-zlib-librarys-and-hardware-random-number-generator.6541/
