1. Do I need any technical knowledge to run this server?
No. The world is already built and ready to go. You just download the server, point it to your Ultima Online client folder in a config file, and double-click ServUO.exe. That's it.
2. Can I play immediately, or do I have to create a character first?
You can play immediately. The repo includes two pre-configured accounts—one Owner/GM account and one player account with three pre-generated characters (Sampire, Archer Tamer, and Pally Tamer).
3. What kind of experience should I expect?
A PvE-centric sandbox with heavily increased spawns, custom tamable pets, hireable mercenaries, townhouse ownership, seasonal content permanently enabled, and a long list of quality-of-life improvements. Exploration is encouraged—many custom systems and locations are intentionally undocumented.
