Wrong file put into Zip

Here is the proper updated files.
Previous updated file still had some bad code in it regarding the layers.
This update has that corrected.

Fixed Scavenger and Equip Layers

- Fixed the Scavenger - It was not stacking items in the hot bag if a possible stack existed.
- Fixed unequip and equip to automatically grab the additional layers by default. Before it was ignoring certain layers.
