7 GM SkillBall - Skillball sets 7 skills each to 100.

When used this skillball allows 7 skills to be set to 100, all other skills are set to zero.

Awesome, so I went ahead and added the 3 missing skills but one issue to point out. Gargoyles can only use Throwing and Humans can only use Archer. Ill look into changing it so based on your race it shows a specific skill.
