Bit more detail would help about what your trying to do but normally I think the game client would send to the server the kind of thing your looking for. AccountHandler.cs has a bit of this I think. Ideas for making UO more firendly to small shards
I'd always thought about a marketing / vendor system something along the lines of Eve Online markets (sorry about that but i'm playing it a lot) but for UO. A lot of Jeff Minters games on the Commodore 64 I loved, always colourful with lots going on in them. Paradroid was also something I liked on the C64 too.
