Works on custom clients.

If anyone knows why it doesn't work on the official OSI client, I'd be interested to know!

I'm including a blank animationframe5.uop file so you can test it and practice using animations via the UOP. (The animationframe5.uop file is the c_man for the EC client, so it will never be used on the old CC.)

To test, Vrark gave me the frames of a "Chocobo" animation, which I converted into a "UOP" .vd file with centering for mounting.

I tested it with ID 1700.
