Living Statue
Usage
For Players
1. Obtain a Living Statue Deed
2. Double-click the deed while standing in your house
3. Target the location where you want to place the statue
4. The statue will appear wearing whatever you were wearing when you used the deed

Features
Placement Restrictions
- Must be in a house you own or co-own
- Cannot be placed near doors (2 tile minimum distance)
- Must have sufficient room (20 unit height clearance)
- Location must be inside the house boundaries
Context Menu Options
When you double-click or right-click on the statue platform, you get these options (if you're the owner):
1. **Rotate** - Rotates the statue 45 degrees clockwise
2. **Re-deed** - Converts the statue back into a deed and places it in your backpack
Security
- Only the statue owner, house owner, or house co-owners can manipulate the statue
- Equipment on the statue cannot be removed or accessed
- The statue mobile cannot be attacked, moved, or otherwise interacted with
- Backpack and other containers are not accessible
- The statue is blessed and cannot be damaged
